Problems Logging In
If you are experiencing problems logging into the ABB High Voltage After Sales Support Tool, please verify the following:
  1. You have registered
  2. Your registration has been approved
  3. You are using the same email address and password that you registered with
  4. Your computer is set to accept cookies from www.abb.com and www.abbhvsg.com (If not, see below)

When you log into the system, you should see a screen similar to this.

 

If you have attempted to log in and get this screen, your problem is your Internet Explorer Privacy Settings.

 

To solve this problem, go to Tools/Internet Options as seen below

 

Once in Internet Options, click on the tab marked "Privacy". Then press the button labeled "Edit" to override cookie handling for individual Web sites.

Once in Per Site Privacy Actions screen, enter abb.com into the Address of Web site field and press the button labeled "Allow". Repeat this action using abbhvsg.com for the Web address.

Once you have performed the actions listed above, press the button labeled "OK" on both the Per Site Privacy Actions and the Internet Options screens. You should now be able to log in to the ABB High Voltage After Sales Support Tool. If you are still experiencing problems, please send an email to garry.ankrom@us.abb.com.
